Two arrested after child dies in house fire near A66 crash site
Two men aged 23 and 31 have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a house fire in Grangetown, near Middlesbrough, killed two people, including a child. A 48-year-old woman remains in critical condition and three others sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Cleveland Police are investigating whether the fire is linked to a nearby A66 crash that killed five young men and two serving police officers.
