Consulter la FAQAbout Katja
Katja Kuivanen is a self-shooting producer, director and editor of documentary-style video content. She has an academic background in the social sciences, and transitioned to documentary storytelling on the back of a career in the international development- and humanitarian aid space. Katja has traveled to over 30 countries, and lived in 17, mostly around Sub-Saharan Africa. She recently co-directed two films in collaboration with award-winning OTOXO Productions in Barcelona, and has managed shoots, written copy and produced engaging short-form content used by organisations on social platforms and in media. She has a strong understanding of story and its importance from initial concept through to post-production, and an ability to connect with subjects whilst working hard to deliver high-value productions within tight deadlines, in challenging environments.
