Couple leave Butlin's after discovering 'vomit, blood and faeces' in holiday nightmare
Colin and Paula Newton left Butlin's Skegness resort after about 16 hours, alleging that their accommodation contained dried vomit, suspected blood and faeces stains, dirty bedding, and other debris. After initial partial refunds and goodwill offers, Butlin's apologized and ultimately offered a full refund. The couple rejected the earlier offers and filed a complaint with East Lindsey District Council, which is investigating.
