Liliane Bisemure é uma jornalista baseada em Nairobi, Quénia. nascida em 12th January 1988 na cidade de Bujumbura, Burúndi. ela foi à Stella Matutina primary school em 1993 a 1999 e ao ensino secundário no Lycee du lac Tanganyika de 2000 a 2008 e, finalmente, foi para a Light University ( Universite Lumiere ). Após obter o grau em International relations and political science, trabalhou na Tele Renaissance como repórter de TV e na web TV; e, após dois anos trabalhando na Tele Renaissance, foi empregada no Iwacu press na web Radio chamada Amakuru yiwacu, transmitindo diariamente.
