Haddad has now lost his battle with his illness, leaving behind a legacy as a journalist, poet, and advocate for universal justice.

A bomb exploded in Taksim Square, Istanbul, injuring at least 32 people, including 15 police officers. The incident, which occurred around 10:27 am, is suspected to be a suicide attack targeting a police vehicle. The explosion caused panic and material damage.
