ITV will revive Name That Tune in the UK in the first quarter of 2027, nearly three decades after its last UK television appearance. The nine-episode series will be hosted by Alison Hammond and feature contestants identifying songs across different genres and generations, supported by a live band whose members have performed with major artists including Adele and the Spice Girls. The programme previously aired in the UK from 1976 and was last revived by Channel 5 in 1998 with Jools Holland as presenter.

Global Vision International, a UK travel company based in Exeter, has shut down and is entering liquidation after 28 years, cancelling all current and future trips. CEO Andrew Valentine expressed regret and highlighted the company’s long-term conservation and community work while confirming that affected customers will receive instructions on filing claims. The closure adds to a growing number of UK travel companies and airlines that have collapsed in 2026.
