María Isabel Montoya, creative director of image and content with more than 25 years of experience in media for the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America. She has an impressive track record of work in areas such as brand identity and image campaigns, franchise development, marketing strategies, digital content and on-air promotions, as well as television and digital programming and production.  Montoya was in charge of creating and producing the most successful image campaign for local television in Miami, "La Mega se Pega" which increased the audience and popularity of the Mega TV channel in the U.S. Hispanic market. She also directed and supervised all promotional strategies, content production, programming and brand direction for the local and national market for recognized companies such as Metro Goldwyn Mayer Latinoamerica, Mega TV, America Teve, Casa Club TV, and others.
Montoya has been recognized for her work as a director and creative producer with 19 Emmy awards, as well as multiple nominations for various projects she has worked on.
Maria was born in 1966, in Santiago de Cuba. She completed her studies and graduated from the University of Santiago de Cuba with a degree in Engineering. In 1992, she immigrated to the United States and settled in Miami, Florida, where she began her career in the Hispanic television industry.
Year after year Montoya grew steadily in the entertainment business. Montoya is also a successful producer of experiential corporate events working for brands such as Stingray and BBG.
Recently, he founded VM Production Group, a company specialized in branding and marketing.
