Paramedic 'feared for his life' in man's bungalow during health check visit

Balaclava-clad drug dealer caught by police after doing a 'wheelie down the middle of the road'
George Mulligan, 20, admitted possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply, as well as possessing Pregabalin and a lock knife. Plainclothes officers became suspicious after seeing him ride an electric motorcycle while wearing a balaclava and perform a wheelie in Hull; he tried to flee when confronted in a vape shop. Police found crack cocaine, cannabis, cash, phones and a knife, while a home search uncovered Pregabalin. The court heard that Mulligan was spending £250 a day on cocaine and supplied drugs to fund his addiction and debts. He received a two-year-and-eight-month suspended custodial sentence, rehabilitation requirements and forfeiture of £70 to a Hull boxing charity, with a warning that any further offending would result in imprisonment.

Bridlington Murder Suspect Appears in Court
Mehmet Gundez, 24, appeared at Hull Crown Court charged with murdering 25-year-old Ibrahim Yesildeniz after a reported stabbing in Bridlington on August 10. Sex offender who sent 'repulsive' messages to decoy girl in trouble again
Simon Clayden, 57, received an eight-month suspended prison sentence and 15 days of rehabilitation after admitting that he breached a sexual harm prevention order by using an unregistered internet-enabled device. The order followed his earlier conviction for attempting to communicate sexually with a child, attempting to incite sexual activity and possessing indecent images of children. Clayden had previously received a suspended sentence and a 10-year order after sending explicit messages to a police decoy posing as a 13-year-old girl. Aim, set and mash - Spuds used to test catapult to fire drug-filled tennis balls into prison

Obsessed stalker made ex's life a misery
Jordan Sadler, 34, pleaded guilty to stalking his former girlfriend in Beverley between June 1 and 28, 2024. He repeatedly contacted her, appeared at her workplace and gym, followed or confronted her in public, and caused her to feel unsafe and suffer negative effects on her mental health. Court hears how funeral director breached trust on 'an almost industrial scale'

Cunning burglars overheard PIN being shouted out and used it to access storage unit
