Flats approved on Stourbridge heritage site
Dudley Council approved detailed plans for ten one‑bedroom apartments on Bradley Road in the Stourbridge Canal Conservation Area, following earlier outline consent. Planning officers said design revisions modernise the proposal and complement nearby contemporary buildings, and heritage officials raised no objections. A separate proposal to convert a Trinity Street home in Brierley Hill into a children’s care facility was rejected due to insufficient operational details and concerns over parking and safety.
