Amazon Workers Scale Snowdon to Support Help for Heroes
Thirty-two employees from Amazon’s Redditch sortation centre climbed Snowdon in three hours to raise money for Help for Heroes, which supports veterans and their families. The team has raised more than £800, with donations still open. Participants Jack Yardley and Oliver Jeffers praised the challenge, teamwork and community spirit. The fundraiser forms part of Amazon’s broader UK support for veterans and reservists, including its Military Programme, paid training leave, mentoring and employee affinity groups.
