Fatima Sana hopes Hundred debut inspires more Pakistani women
Pakistan captain Fatima Sana believes her groundbreaking appearance for Birmingham Phoenix in The Hundred can encourage more Pakistani women to play cricket internationally. After being selected as a wildcard following strong performances at the Women's T20 World Cup, Sana made five appearances and took two wickets. She praised the support from Pakistani fans in England and hopes similar crowds will attend matches in Pakistan. Sana also supported KP Snacks' £750,000 Everyone In Fund, which backs the England and Wales Cricket Board's Cricket Cities programme to reduce barriers to community cricket for women, girls and urban communities.

King hails The Hundred’s growth despite Phoenix struggles
Australian cricketer Alana King says The Hundred continues to grow despite Birmingham Phoenix’s men’s and women’s teams sitting at the bottom of the standings. She credits new investment, including Knighthead Capital’s involvement and Jude Bellingham’s stake, with attracting new audiences and increasing crowds. King also reflects on Australia’s unbeaten Women’s T20 World Cup triumph under captain Sophie Molineux. Speaking for KP Snacks’ Everyone In Fund, she promotes the ECB’s Cricket Cities programme, a £750,000 three-year initiative designed to remove cost, access and confidence barriers to cricket participation in urban communities across England and Wales.
