Over the years, Jahidul has received several national and international honours, including the Digital Media Excellence Award 2025, Bangladesh-Bharat-Singapore (BaBhaSi) International Film Award, Sher-e-Bangla Golden Award, Bioscope Star Award, Excellence in Success Award, Mother Teresa Award and Television Reporters Association of Bangladesh (TRAB Award) . He also served as a jury member at the BaBhaSi International Film Award 2025. A member and leader of several journalist organisations, Jahidul actively promotes ethical journalism, professional development, and international collaboration. His journey continues to inspire aspiring journalists across Bangladesh.
