Dr. Yasin Öksüz has begun serving as chief physician of Orta District State Hospital in Çankırı after the previous chief physician, Dr. Zehra Betül Daşdelen, left the position. A dairy-processing facility opened at Orta Open Prison in Çankırı, with capacity to process 20 tons of milk daily into white cheese, yogurt, and butter.
