Moses Walugembe is a journalist living in Massachusetts, United States of America with over ten years experience in Television broadcast reporting.
Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Investigative Journalism.
He started at  Uganda Broadcasting Corporation Televison-Uganda's national broadcaster contributing daily to the news program-writing and packaging health, social, political and financial stories/features.
He has covered the transition of Africa’s newest state, South Sudan, reports on Uganda police’s violation of human rights, covered walk to work riots which were led by Forum for Democratic Change strongman and Uganda's main opposition leader Kizza Besigye and much more. 
As a liberal reporter he has covered stories on Uganda’s disturbing politics putting the current NRM government in check particularly government bad policies such as the crackdown on the opposition dissenting views and the impact on society, violation of human rights, riots to mention a few.
Moses is well equipped with skills to plan and carryout Investigative research & some of his pieces include ‘Trace on the killings in Rwenzori region’, Power theft in Uganda, etc.
Moses is a Professional fellow under the US State department Professional Fellows program @ Fall 2013.
He has worked as a News Producer at the Vision Group television Department before joining Next Media's NBS TV-a partnering TV station with Voice of America and the BBC.
He has also covered the 2016 USA elections.
