Flores was arrested and charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and evidence tampering in the July 8 stabbing death of 26-year-old Anthony Stoy-Velazquez on Linden Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania. Authorities say witness accounts, surveillance footage and public tips identified Flores as the suspect. Stoy-Velazquez was found face down with a chest wound and died at the scene.
