Olivia Lyons

Penarth resident Nia Jones discusses representing Wales Under-21s and balancing a demanding netball schedule with Psychology studies at the University of Exeter. Her six-day-a-week commitment includes matches, intensive training, and strength and conditioning, while the team has provided friendships and a supportive social network. Although she once questioned the sacrifices required to pursue netball during school, Jones now values the discipline, opportunities and personal development the sport has brought her.
