I'd spend about £8,000 a year just at McDonald's - now people walk past and don't realise it's me
Brad Rogers, 54, from Minster in Kent, lost 15 stone after reaching 26 stone 7 pounds and struggling to walk, breathe properly and play football with his son. He joined the Man v Fat weight-loss programme in August 2024, combined weekly football with calorie restriction, gym workouts, walking, running and swimming, and now weighs 11 stone 7 pounds. Rogers says he previously spent about £8,000 a year at McDonald's, but his weight loss has improved his mobility, health, confidence and relationship with his son, whom he now coaches in football. He recommends Man v Fat to other men seeking to lose weight.
