Kendal Athletics Club Cross-Country Success
Kendal Athletics Club achieved strong results across multiple age groups at the first Mid-Lancashire Cross Country League meeting in Hyndburn. Fraser Sproul won the under-11 boys’ race, helping the boys’ team take first overall, while other Kendal athletes secured notable individual finishes. The adult women’s team, led by Rebecca Robinson’s dominant return to competition, finished third overall. Club spokesperson Dianne Priestley said the muddy, technically difficult course provided encouraging preparation for national events early the following year.
