Two men, Shikeo Bell and Giovanni Lawrence, received prison sentences of 18 and 15 years for participating in the 2021 murder of 16-year-old Rhamero West in Manchester following a car chase and knife attack. Two other men, Marquis Richards and Ryan Cashin, had previously been convicted for inflicting the fatal wounds. Bell had also caused another man's death through dangerous driving two days earlier. Investigators highlighted extensive evidence gathering that culminated in all four men being convicted.
