I have been working as a journalist for over 17 years, in that time I have worked as a field reporter, a specialist correspondent, and a national assignment editor for South Africa's biggest broadcasters, that being the SABC and ANN7 TV. 

I have an excellent understanding of how to effectively convey a message to different audiences. 

Aside from my studies in Journalism, I have also undertaken courses in Development Journalism and Advanced Digital Journalism. I have also completed two years of studies in mass communication, dealing with internal and external communications. I am in the process of completing a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, which has already provided me an in-depth understanding of International political, social and economic dynamics. I am a certified FCP editor as well.
