RIchard FItzwilliams is a royal commentator, film critic, PR consultant and lecturer. He has given over 1300 TV interviews and many on radio, mostly on the royal family, for CNN, BBC, Sky, GB, GMB etc. He reviews films weekly for Talk Radio Europe, Southside Broadcasting & Movies1.tv. He has debated at the Oxford Union. Also reviews plays, exhibitions (promoted the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition, Mall Galleries 2002-22, also PR for numerous London art exhibitions) in London and abroad. He was Editor of the prestigious The International Who’s Who from 1975 to 2001 & attended many notable London events. Numerous articles, lectures on honours system, Mutiny on the Bounty (Captain Bligh is an ancestor), royal matters to clubs etc.

As Editor of The International Who’s Who I closely followed the honours system. I have since done radio and TV on the bi-annual honours lists, including Sky News, BBC News Channel etc
This is an article in The London Gazette which summarises the Honours System when Queen Elizabeth died.
I am a film critic who as former Editor of Ibternational Who’s Who has done numerous obituaries for CNN, BBC, TRT World etc. I also met
