Wyre planners have approved plans to convert Units 5-6 at Ripon Hall Farm on Catterall Lane into a permanent dance and performing arts centre for Danceworx Preston & Garstang Ltd. The studio will offer classes including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, acro and fitness for children and adults, with occupancy capped at about 50 people. No external alterations are planned, and existing access and parking will remain in use. Planners concluded that the proposal would maintain the commercial character of the site without harming the surrounding countryside.
