Martin Roberts, 36, was sentenced at Swansea Crown Court to three years in prison after following two women in Primark and Tesco in Swansea, looking up one woman’s skirt and masturbating in public. He was arrested after fleeing the Tesco store and later masturbated in a police-cell camera view despite being ordered to stop. Roberts admitted outraging public decency, exposure and breaching a sexual harm prevention order. The judge cited his extensive sexual offending history, repeated noncompliance with court requirements and rapid reoffending after release, describing him as undeterrable.
