Parmiter's School pupil rewarded with recording session
Arran Sihota of Parmiter’s School in Watford won the Sports category in his age group at the Young Reporter Awards and received a recording opportunity with The Open University. He recorded voiceovers for Instagram Reels in a professional sound studio, working alongside content producers and gaining insight into the media industry. Organiser Emma Burch praised his performance. The annual awards recognise students involved in the Young Reporter Scheme, which has supported thousands of students with journalism and communication skills.
