Harrow Council received a series of planning applications covering construction logistics for Harrow School’s approved redevelopment, residential extensions and roof alterations, garage conversions, a proposed children’s home, sports-club classroom cabins, a vehicle access proposal and other property changes across Harrow, Pinner, Edgware, Kenton and surrounding areas. Each proposal is identified by its address and application reference, with residents directed to the Public Notice Portal for further local planning information.

Temporary parking and loading restrictions are in effect on both sides of Harrow View between Fenton Road and Pinner Park Avenue to facilitate essential utility works. The measures began on August 7 and will last until August 13 or until the works are completed, whichever comes first. Exemptions apply to emergency and works vehicles and to vehicles acting on police or civil enforcement instructions.
