Motherwell school makes ‘insufficient progress’ since previous inspection
Glencairn Primary School in Motherwell has been judged to have made insufficient progress since a June 2025 inspection, with inspectors saying the pace of change remains too slow. Council publishes series of road closures for the duration of the NL Half Marathon

Asda Newmains colleague thanks work mate for saving him from choking
