George Glover, a 27-year-old cyclist, died on August 20 from injuries sustained after he was allegedly punched while cycling on Narborough Road in Leicester three days earlier. His family remembered him as a hardworking, loving and loyal son and brother who enjoyed gaming, anime, Lego, Pokémon cards and working on bicycles. A 31-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy to commit murder and remained in custody. Leicestershire Police described the incident as a violent, unprovoked attack and appealed for witnesses or relevant footage.
