For the United Nations Development Programme, Sandra co-created a game to curb education corruption in Moldova. Sandra promotes worthwhile causes whenever she is able, such as HIV/AIDS awareness (with the GapBuster program), heart health (with the American Heart Association), African culture (as host of the 2nd annual Mother Africa and her Talents show), and positive self-image (speaking to university students about the importance of inner beauty).
