Cops meet Ryanair flight after Scot rips out her own hair extensions in bizarre row on board
Caitlin Anderson, a 25-year-old passenger from Glasgow, was arrested after Ryanair cabin crew reported disruptive behavior during a flight to Newcastle. She reportedly confronted the passenger beside her, acted erratically and tore out her own hair extensions. Police met the aircraft at Newcastle International Airport, and Anderson was taken to hospital over concerns that substance use may have contributed to her behavior before being taken to a police station. She admitted being disruptive on an aircraft at Newcastle Magistrates' Court and was fined £1,477, with an additional £85 in costs and a £591 victim surcharge.
