A woman in her 20s died after a three-car crash on the A4 Bath Road near Froxfield on August 19. The driver of a Lexus CT200 was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of a Volkswagen Golf suffered serious injuries and two occupants of a Honda Civic sustained minor injuries. Thames Valley Police appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage, and the A4 remained closed for investigation work.

Five people, including three children, were taken to hospital after a three-vehicle collision on the A36 at Codford near Warminster. A 78-year-old woman suffered serious injuries, while a 59-year-old woman, two girls aged five and 10, and an eight-year-old boy were reportedly treated for minor injuries. A woman in her 40s died after a mental health-related incident on the railway near Warminster station in Wiltshire. British Transport Police and paramedics attended shortly after 9:30 p.m., but she was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner. Wiltshire Police made a mandatory referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct because of prior contact with the woman.

A 59-year-old motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after a collision with a car on the A342 at Ludgershall, prompting a road closure and emergency response.
