Ipswich campaign calls for businesses to offer free period products
The youth-led Ipswich Period Rights campaign is raising awareness of period poverty and stigma while highlighting businesses and community spaces that already provide free period products. Ipswich Central launches Constable 250 art trail and competition
Ipswich Central and Harvest Moon have launched a free Constable 250 sticker hunt and art trail for children in Ipswich town centre. Families can visit participating businesses on St Peter’s Street and St Nicholas’ Street to collect six stickers, while children can submit Constable-inspired landscape drawings by October 4. Three age-group winners will receive art-themed goodie bags, and the winning works will be displayed at Harvest Moon during the October half-term.
