Free witch-finding exhibition and talks come to Dudley libraries
A free exhibition on 17th‑century witch‑finding is being held at Dudley Library on July 1–2, accompanied by three talks by historian Damian Carter exploring the human and cultural context of witchcraft accusations. The events examine historical investigative methods, societal fears, and the role of storytelling in shaping perceptions of witchcraft. The talks require booking, and the exhibition is open in the library’s Reading Room with displays, artwork, and historical insights.
