Lancaster County housing market sees rising prices and improved inventory
Closed home sales in Lancaster County rose 17% in June to 570, while the median sale price increased 7% to 385,000 dollars. Active listings climbed to 587, the highest June level in five years, and new listings also increased. Despite improved inventory, homes continued to sell quickly, averaging 20 days on the market, and sellers generally received above the asking price.
