I Tested 13 Mueslis – Tesco’s £2.50 Bag Was Perfect
A blind taste test of 13 mueslis found Tesco Swiss Style Muesli to be the overall winner, scoring 5/5 for its balance of crispy grains, raisins, nuts and milky flavour, as well as its £2.50 price for 1kg. Dorset Muesli Delicious Fruit & Nut and Alpen No Added Sugar Muesli also scored highly at 4.5/5, while Bio&Me received the lowest score for being bland. The review notes that muesli can provide fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals, but consumers should check sugar levels, particularly in products with substantial amounts of dried fruit or added sweeteners.
