A Tesla driver fled a gas station after a deputy approached, struck and killed a 64-year-old woman on a motorized scooter, then crashed into a pole and overturned in a hotel parking lot. The scooter rider died at the scene, and the driver was hospitalized with serious injuries. Police dashcam footage captured the incident.
