Paul Coll Targets Third London Squash Classic Title
Paul Coll will attempt to win his third consecutive men’s London Squash Classic title at Alexandra Palace after victories in the tournament’s first two editions. The world number two faces former world champion Mohamed Elshorbagy in round two, while Victor Crouin, Marwan Elshorbagy and returning player Jonah Bryant are among the other leading contenders. Defending women’s champion Amina Orfi also begins in round two, with world number one Hania El Hammamy and other top-ranked players in the draw. First-round matches are scheduled for September 1 at Coolhurst Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, followed by the remaining rounds at Alexandra Palace through the September 6 finals.

Harriet Dart lands Prague doubles crown before US Open
Harriet Dart and Maia Lumsden won the 2026 Livesport Prague Open WTA 250 doubles title with a straight-sets victory over Lucie Havlickova and Laura Samson. Dart has also reached the semi-finals of a WTA 125 doubles event in Vancouver, though she lost in singles qualifying in Toronto to Sloane Stephens. She was selected by Anne Keothavong for Great Britain’s Billie Jean King Cup Finals squad, which will face the Czech Republic in Shenzhen, while Great Britain is also preparing to host Ecuador in a Davis Cup qualifier.

West Hampstead’s Ben Jones sets course for US Open
Ben Jones, following his Wimbledon debut highlighted by a mixed doubles win with Maia Lumsden, is travelling to North America to compete in ATP Challenger events in hopes of qualifying for the US Open. He will partner Charles Broom in upcoming tournaments. Harriet Dart and Joshua Paris also began their US Open preparations, competing in various international events with mixed results.
