Rowan Lowe, a Bearwood mother, runs Sing and Sign Birmingham, delivering ten weekly baby-signing classes to around 100 families each term. After seeing the benefits of signing with her daughter, she launched the business in September 2024 following a career in fundraising and marketing. Drayton Manor announces Christmas event with 30-metre illuminated water screen projection show
